A gentle reflection for anyone walking the path back to themselves
Over the past days, I was in contact with one of our clients who shared something deeply familiar for so many of us walking the path of inner transformation:
“I’ve been doing the exercises. This month, I’ve noticed so much of my inner child. I’ve come a long way since last year, but sometimes the experiences are intense. On those days, I don’t always manage the daily practices… but I get back on the horse.
I am standing up for myself more now, and when I do that, I have to face my fear. When I face the fear, liberation follows.”
These words carry a truth we all recognize:
Healing is not linear.
It moves in waves, spirals, echoes. Sometimes we feel strong and centered; other times we are brought face-to-face with old fears that still hold emotional weight.
And yet, every moment of awareness is progress.
I wrote back to here:
“It might seem like a long road, but it is also the very path you are currently on. Everything is connecting, and by being conscious of the choices we make in the NOW, you actively transform change.”
We often believe that growth is somewhere “out there,” far away, waiting at the top of some invisible mountain.
But in truth:
The transformation happens in the NOW —
in the moment you choose awareness,
in the moment you choose compassion,
in the moment you choose courage.
Even when you skip a practice.
Even when you feel overwhelmed.
Even when doubt whispers louder than your intuition.
You don’t fall off the path.
You are the path.
Something many sensitive, intuitive people experience right now is the resurfacing of the inner child:
old fears showing up unexpectedly
emotional intensity without a clear reason
deep memories awakening
the need to finally speak up, set boundaries, choose yourself
And yes — this is happening to many of us at the same time.
Including me.
But here is the beauty:
When you choose to face your fear, even gently, even trembling…
Liberation follows.
Not instantly.
Not dramatically.
But with a quiet clarity that reshapes your inner world.
I also shared something important with here— something I want to repeat here:
“Going through this isn’t always easy and demands a lot of resilience. We are constantly assailed by doubts from all sides. Know that in moments like these, you can ask for help — from me, or from someone else — so you don’t have to stay in these deep phases for too long.”
As humans, we are not designed to heal in isolation.
Support accelerates clarity.
Connection softens fear.
Presence brings us back to our center.
If you recognize yourself in any of this, here’s a reminder:
You are not going backwards.
You are not failing.
You are not “too much.”
You are simply in a phase of inner reorganization — and that is sacred work.
Stay close to yourself.
Rest when needed.
Feel what wants to be felt.
And celebrate the courage it takes to stand up for yourself, even when fear stands in the doorway.
Because every time you face the fear, you reclaim a part of your freedom.

If you feel the need for support while moving through your inner child process, you’re welcome to book an Integration Session with us.
A gentle space to breathe, release, and find clarity again.
