🌿 NEWSLETTER 1-3-26 — Theme: The Emotional Process of Letting Go

“A quiet path through light and shadow — much like the journey of releasing an old chapter.”

At this moment, we are moving through a process of goodbye.

Goodbye to a place.
Goodbye to belongings.
Goodbye to a form of life that once felt deeply comfortable.

Opening the gate to something new brings energy.
Ideas appear. Possibilities unfold. There is movement.

But the process of releasing the “old form” cannot be separated from this.

It is a duality.

One we often prefer not to look at.

It is easier to focus only on what is coming.
To stay with the excitement of the new chapter.

Yet true balance asks us to also feel what we are leaving behind.

To acknowledge it.
To honor it.
To grieve it.

If we ignore one side, it returns — like a boomerang.

The more we run toward the future without standing in the center,
the more the unprocessed emotions will meet us again in the new life we are trying to build.

Life moves in duality.

Expansion and contraction.
Beginning and ending.
Holding on and letting go.

Our patterns are woven through these movements — shaped by experiences, memories, emotions collected over a lifetime. And that is natural.

The deeper teaching is not to avoid these patterns, but to become aware of them.
To gradually live more from balance.
To align our outer choices with who we are at our core.

For me, this has been a journey of learning.

There were times I focused only on the new.
Times I leaped forward without fully carrying the goodbye.

And life, in its wisdom, returned those lessons to me — not as punishment, but as invitation.

In this phase, I feel something different.

I am allowing the movement forward.
And I am carrying the goodbye.

There are tears.
There are memories.
There are intense moments.

And alongside them, there is increasing peace.
A deeper alignment with who I am today.

🌙 Mini-Reflection — Holding Both Sides

.

Is there something in your life right now that is asking to be released?

Are you allowing yourself to feel both the excitement of what’s ahead…
and the tenderness of what is ending?

Where might you be running toward the future
to avoid standing in the center?

Take a moment to simply acknowledge what is ending.
Without fixing it. Without rushing it.

🌙 Mini-Mini Exercise — The Boomerang Center

.

Close your eyes for a moment.

Imagine yourself standing in the center of a circle.

In front of you: the new chapter.
Behind you: what is ending.

Place one hand gently on your heart.

Say silently:
I honor what was.
I welcome what is coming.
I remain in my center.

Notice your breath.
Notice your body.

That center point is always available.
